When something goes wrong on site or a new job comes in quickly, downtime isn’t an option. Unlike some manufacturers, we don’t make everything to order. We keep a large number of our most in-demand products on the shelves, so we can get the right attachment to you when you need it.

It’s one of the reasons so many customers come back to us. They know we’ve usually got what they need, ready to go.

We respond quickly

When you call, you won’t wait days for a quote or weeks for delivery. We handle standard enquiries the same day and typically dispatch within two to three days.

Because everything’s manufactured in-house, we’re not chasing third parties or held up by unnecessary delays – we can give you clear answers and fast turnaround times from the start.

We build once and build well

Everything we make is produced in-house in the UK by our own team of designers and welders. The result is attachments that are built to last and straightforward to maintain.

Our attachments are designed for long-term use. With the right care and regular inspections, many outlast the forklifts they’re fitted to. And if something does need repairing or it’s time for a replacement, we’re here to help you get it sorted quickly.

We create bespoke solutions

Sometimes a job isn’t a perfect match for a standard Invicta product. That’s where our ability to adapt or create something from scratch can make all the difference.

A great example of this is when we adapted a skip design with rubber lining and a custom base to help a manufacturer reduce noise and safely handle heavy brick waste. Without a bespoke product, they’d have kept running into damage and downtime – both things we helped them avoid.

Whether it’s a small tweak to an existing design or a completely new build, we’ll help you work through the details. We can talk through your needs and develop a bespoke solution that’s completely tailored to the way you work.

We’re sustainable and compliant

We do what we can to reduce waste and work responsibly. That means repairing and reusing attachments whenever possible, cutting back on plastic packaging and making sure any old equipment gets properly recycled.
